This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Karol Bagh. Despite its location in a narrow alleyway, it offers great value for money. The staff's attention to detail and their helpfulness really stood out. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities you would need. The breakfast spread, although limited to 6-7 items, was satisfying and delicious.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was exceptional.

If we ever find ourselves in Delhi again, we would consider staying in a hotel tucked away in a narrow alleyway in the heart of Karol Bagh. Surrounded by local markets, we'd have easy access to the vibrant main market. the rooms were clean and newly renovated, and the staff was friendly. the breakfast had a good variety and the service was satisfactory. It was a pleasant surprise to see safes in the rooms for added security.
The hotel lacked natural light in the room, making it feel somewhat dull and cramped.

Best aspects the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city. It was walking distance from shopping markets and restaurants. the free WiFi was reliable throughout my stay and made it easy to keep in touch with loved ones back home. the rooms were clean and well-maintained.
Worst aspects the breakfast was quite basic, and the food in the restaurant was not always served hot, but the room service was a much better option. the noise level in the hotel at night was disruptive, as there were loud noises that sounded like moving furniture.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and affordable prices. The location was also convenient, as it was close to the markets and restaurants. The reception staff was extremely helpful in arranging tours. Another advantage was the double locks on the doors, which made us feel safer.
Noise from the other guests coming and going made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was also very noisy and we couldn't get it to work properly.
